These terms govern your use of Strategy Room. By purchasing or using the service, you agree to them.
Acceptable use
You may use Strategy Room for your own legitimate business purposes. You may not misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, scrape it, resell access, submit unlawful content, or use it to violate the rights of others.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. Subject to these terms, you may use the Strategy Brief generated for you for your own business purposes. The platform, its software, design, and underlying methodology remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the inputs you provide and for all decisions you make. The brief is decision-support, not a decision: you remain solely responsible for your business, financial, strategic, hiring, operational, and regulatory choices.
AI limitations
Parts of the service are generated by Artificial Intelligence. Outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, assumptions, or outdated information, and do not constitute professional advice. Human review and independent professional judgment are required before acting on any recommendation.
Service availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where required to protect the service or other users. As the service is stateless, ending use leaves no server-side account or stored data to remove; you can clear any locally stored brief from your own browser at any time.
Limitation of liability
The following liability terms apply. The German version is the operative one for stradep.com.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of Germany. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is München. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
