Data Deletion Request
We designed Strategy Room so there is very little to delete. Here is exactly what that means, and how to request deletion anyway.
What we actually hold
In the current stateless version, your intake answers and any uploaded documents are processed in memory to generate your brief and are not stored on our servers. Your brief is saved only in your own browser. Payment records are held by Stripe under its own retention obligations. In practice, there is little to no personal data on our side to delete.
Delete your local data yourself
Because your brief lives in your browser's local storage, you can remove it instantly by clearing your browser data for this site (or using your browser's "clear site data" option). No request to us is needed for that.
Request deletion of anything else
If you believe we hold any personal data about you and want it erased, send a request to <<SET_CONTACT_EMAIL>>. Tell us what you would like deleted so we can identify it. We will confirm and act within one business day where the data exists, and tell you honestly if we hold nothing. This is in addition to your right of erasure under Art. 17 GDPR.
