By default, the service uses only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage: the kind required for the site to function and to keep your session and your generated brief working on your device. These do not track you across sites and do not require consent under the ePrivacy rules and § 25 TTDSG. Anything beyond this (analytics) loads only with your consent, as described below.

Your generated brief is held in your browser's local storage so you can return to it. This stays on your device, is not a tracking cookie, and is cleared whenever you clear your browser data.

When you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner, we load Google Analytics (GA4, provided by Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure how the site is used. It is configured for analytics only: IP addresses are anonymized and advertising / remarketing signals are off.

These analytics cookies are non-essential and are set only after your consent:

• _ga — distinguishes visitors (expires after ~2 years).
• _ga_* — keeps session state for a specific Analytics property (expires after ~2 years).

If you choose "Essential only," or have not chosen yet, none of these are loaded or set. You can withdraw consent at any time; we then stop loading Google Analytics and clear these cookies.
